The Valley’s leading philanthropists founded the Tocqueville Society in 1984.The Tocqueville Society is a group of more than 200 community leaders making philanthropic gifts of $10,000 or more annually in partnership with Valley of the Sun United Way. Leaders come from diverse neighborhoods, backgrounds and careers, using their generosity and expertise to create real, Mighty Change in the lives of children and families in our community.
